2024 Indigenous Strategy Report
The 2024 Indigenous Strategy Annual Report is the third annual report under ľ¹ÏӰԺ’s Indigenous Strategy 2022–2025 and reflects the sector’s continued commitment to ensuring Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ priorities remain at the heart of higher education. Drawing on the 2024 annual survey of member universities, the report highlights tangible progress across the Strategy’s key themes, including Indigenous student and staff success, leadership and governance, cultural safety and anti-racism, and the embedding of Indigenous knowledges across teaching, research, and decision-making. It also outlines ľ¹ÏӰԺ’s advocacy and activities over the past year, demonstrating how the sector is moving from aspiration to action and strengthening its collective responsibility to advance Indigenous peoples in higher education.
